Until recently, due to federal laws in the United States, studying cannabis and its natural compounds has been a challenge for Veterinarians and Clinical Researchers. With the recent passage of the 2018 US Farm Bill, Hemp (the other form of cannabis that is not marijuana) has been rescheduled. This now opens up the door, making it easier to perform clinical research in to the benefits and efficacy of hemp and its extracts like CBD.

There is a lot of information and misinformation out there about Hemp, Marijuana, CBD and so forth. We would like to offer resources and links to clinical studies that can help you better understand the uses of Hemp and its natural compounds, as well as dispel any misconceptions surrounding Hemp, and discuss the difference between Hemp and its counterpart -Marijuana.
